Silver Birch Group is a leading trade finance solutions provider, bridging the multi-trillion dollar financing gap between global corporates and institutional investors.

Our group combines three specialist businesses that offer a full suite of services across receivables monetisation, inventory optimisation, supply chain intermediation and award-winning securitisation-as-a-service technology.

We focus on making traditionally complex structures more efficient and scalable, delivering trades that are easy for corporates to operate and for financiers to participate in.

Silver Birch Finance provides working capital advisory, portfolio receivables monetisation (PRM), strategic inventory, access to new liquidity and data-driven receivables financing. PRM allows corporates to monetise customer contracted cashflows in multiple jurisdictions through a structure that is straightforward to implement and operate. This helps corporate clients improve cash flow, strengthen supply chains, and optimise balance sheets.

Silver Birch Trading (SB Trading) streamlines supply chain operations through a combination of procuring, owning, storing, transporting, and selling physical/non-physical goods. Our suite of solutions include tolling, payables programme enhancement, flash title intermediation, in transit/in storage, prepayments and purchase order financing.

With Tradeteq, we incorporate advanced established securitisation-as-a-service technology, empowering our clients with the ability to transform assets into investable, structured credit products. This end-to-end infrastructure strengthens distribution, increases transparency, and unlocks liquidity at scale.

The Silver Birch Group takes a solution-oriented approach to delivering commercial outcomes for our clients, while building a sustainable business that drives positive impact to society.
